Careers: Benefits
Each employee has unique needs when it comes to benefits. Our core benefits are designed to provide a basic level of protection and security. All Risks offers various options so employees can create a benefit package that best suit their individual needs.
The benefit plans described below have been designed to promote employee health in all respects - physical, financial, and developmental.
Below are a few of our core benefits:
- Basic Life and AD&D Insurance, 1x annual salary
- Income Protection
- While our retirement program provides you with a solid foundation for long-term financial planning, we also offer an array of insurance plans to help give you "peace of mind" today. We offer Long Term Disability, Supplemental Life Insurance, Spousal and Dependent Life Insurance - to help replace income for you and your survivors in the event of illness, injury, or death.
- Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
- The EAP is a company paid service that provides confidential and professional assistance to employees and their family members to resolve problems that affect their personal lives and in some cases, their job performance. It offers financial and legal services, childcare and elder referral, well coach assistance, drug and alcohol counseling and other types of crisis support. Just one more way to let you know that you are not on your own when you or your family members are in need of help. Participation in the program is voluntary.
- Training and Professional Development
- Success is measured by a company's combined ability to retain its current employee population as well as offer growth and development opportunities. As an employee, you will have access to a wide range of training programs and services for skill building and career development.
- Tuition Reimbursement Programs
- Emphasize All Risks commitment to providing knowledgeable experts to deliver quality products and exceptional services to our customers. All Risks provides reimbursement to eligible employees who pursue a work-related degree or an insurance designation or license.
- Paid Time Off (PTO)
- We fully recognize that you have a life outside of work. To help you balance your personal and professional needs, we offer a time off program that includes vacation and illness, as well as holidays, bereavement, jury duty and military leave.

- Our employees are offered discount programs that provide savings on movie theatre tickets, theme parks, hotels, ski resorts, Broadway theatre tickets, sporting events, family events, online shopping and more!
In addition to the core benefits, All Risks offers eligible employees to enroll in the following:
- Health Care Coverage
- Your health care benefits are a significant part of the total compensation package that you receive as an employee. All Risks offers medical and dental to eligible employees and their eligible dependents. Prescription coverage is included in medical at no extra cost. All Risks pays a generous portion of the health care premium. Employees who elect medical and dental, share a portion of the cost through payroll deduction. Depending on the coverage level, deductions are taken before taxes.
- Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)
- All Risks offers FSA Accounts, which reduce the amount of taxes paid by an employee as a result of designating a portion of salary to an account for eventual reimbursement of certain medical and dependent care expenses.
- Retirement Program
- To help you achieve long-term financial goals and help build a tax-deferred retirement nest egg, our 401(k) savings plan is available to qualified employees and there is no enrollment-waiting period. To further supplement your retirement dollars, the company will match a portion of your contributions, 50% up to the first 6% of salary and matching occurs each pay period. Employee contributions are limited to 90% of salary up to the current IRS cap.
